Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton

This woman has held the following positions:

  • First Lady 1993-2001
  • United States Senator 2001-2009
  • 67th Secretary of State 2009-2013

She was born in Chicago on October 26, 1947, attended Wellesley College as a Political Science Major, and graduated from Yale University with a law degree. While at Yale she met Bill Clinton, her future husband, and President of the United States.

In 2016 she ran an unsuccessful presidential campaign against Donald Trump winning the popular vote but loosing via the Electoral College process.

Currently, Hillary is writing, and completed a book with her daughter, Chelsea Clinton Mezvinsky, The Book of Gutsy Women. In early 2020 a documentary on Hillary was released by Hulu. She has 3 grandchildren Charlotte 5, Aidan 3, and Jasper born in 2019.

Amanda Gorman

This woman is the American Youth Poet Laureate. She is 22 years old and Harvard educated. An activist from Los Angeles, she is involved in causes related to oppression, feminism, race, marginalization and African diaspora. Her 2015 book, The One For Whom Food Is Not Enough, has won critical acclaim.

She recently appeared on CBS This Morning with an uplifting poem of hope in light of our Pandemic. It is a must see. Google it.

She plans to run for President in 2036.

Barbra Streisand

Barbara (Barbra) Joan Streisand is a singer, actress, and film maker who grew up in Brooklyn, New York. Upon completing high school she began her career as a cabaret singer in Manhattan. This eventually lead to a record contract and the rest is history.

She has recorded close to 40 albums and at 78 years old continues to be involved in community endeavors. Active on Twitter she remains close to the Clinton family and is working to defeat Donald Trump in the next election.

Married twice she has a son from her first husband, Elliot Gould. In her current marriage to James Brolin they have been together over 20 years and in interviews he has stated being married to Barbra is like being in Heaven.

Her accolades include 2 Academy Awards, several Golden Globes, and Grammy Awards, as well as a 2008 Kennedy Center Honors.

Beyonce

Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter is an American singer, song writer, record producer, dancer, and actress. She began her career as a child in Houston, Texas, singing and dancing in local contests. Later she formed the group Destiny’s Child and became the lead singer.

During her career she began working with rapper, Jay Z, and the couple later married quietly in 2008. They often continue to work together and have three children, Blue Ivy, Rum, and Sir Carter.

Due to the enormous number of awards Beyonce has achieved she is often called Queen Bee, or “B” to her friends. This nickname is also reflected in her Twitter account, @QueenBeeBeyonce.
