Started the day with a realtor as want a place nearby my daughter and son in law as I embark on my next career as Gigi, the au pere/ grandmother to the family addition.

Found a lovely 1 bedroom about a half hour walk from their place. Price wasn’t bad 279, with $700 condo fee. That includes taxes, insurance, water and heat. And it was the top floor, so no one above to make noise.

Only one problem no elevator! And with my hip and back talking to me of late need the accommodations of an elevator.

But nice to see, and I have time also 2 properties to unload before I take on a third!

Closing 6/22, and can see why, but I enjoyed this romp with all its frivolity. Dancing and 🎶 singing were great.

And isn’t that what Broadway is about?

After this found another Lot-Less, (yes I’m addicted), near Times Square and spent another $20. , acquiring a bathing suit, 3 shirts, hair dye, and nail files. It almost feels like you are stealing the stuff.

Also found and had a 99 cent slice, a $2 hot dog, and the miracle bargains of 9 th Ave with the Mexican restaurants and their $5 margaritas all day long!

Next stop… Havana!

Buena Vista Social Club was a pure delight and my favorite of the 3 shows. It was passionate, well acted with a strong story line, and the music and dance 💃 exciting.

A must see!

Woke early and my daughter and son in law said they had a gift 🎁 for me. Inside the manila envelope was a cap 🧢 and booties with a rather odd photo.

It was the first picture of my granddaughter.

I am going to be a grandma sometime in December. My daughter is 3 months along.

Have much planning for the next 6 months.

Came to see my daughter and son in law for a few days. Our first outing was catching her between work appointments for lunch.

After this sought out Lot-Less, a great store chain throughout the burroughs. What good pricing and quality on everything from 🍱 food to home goods to clothing.

After that was off to their home in Bensonhurst with a quick 💤 then on to the show.

Saw Operation Mincemeat but only stayed till half time. Found myself not understanding the dialogue or is it dialogue? I was lost. Had the same problem at Hamilton. Only there I left with a 24 hour migraine. But the young folks liked it.

Take a gander at what true class really looks like. The prices set are so wrong. These items will go for over a million each. The article must have been written by a man. Good to see that a portion from the sale will go to MS research.

• Rfk’s brain worms actually ate the remaining portion of his brain.
• Musk’s spacecraft learned how to fly without exploding.
• Putin had the big one in bed with his 20 year old girlfriend.

And better yet tr did the same, along with orban.

Now that would be one trifecta.

One can dream, and as Carl Sandberg said,

Lovely day in Smallwood where I reside. After almost a week of non stop 🛑 rain ☔️ finally saw some sunshine 🌞. Took advantage of this stealing wildflowers from the side of the road and planting them in my front yard.

Was glad to have this time even though rainy to be away from the psych unit. Am going to try to work till I’m 70 or until I become a grandma as that is when I take on another full time position.

It’s hard for kids today with everything so costly and job demands to find a caregiver for little ones. And with my daughter and son in laws chaotic schedule know they are going to need my help.

Isn’t it funny in 40 years nothing has changed in that area.

What will happen with the fallout..

A, B, or C ?

A. They will either mend fences,

B. Musk will fund opponents

C. Musk will start his own thing

Workers arrived by 7 AM and by 8:30 several holes were dug and the process was begun!

Quite the equipment!

By 3 pm I had a well which was fully functional with clear water!

So after 15 months of ordeals with building permits, contractors, and spending money after money after money, I have a well!

The next owners will be most happy.
