Here are the facts:

👉🏻 This is the largest transfer of wealth to the rich in American history.

👉🏻 This is the largest cut to Medicaid in American history.

👉🏻 This is the largest cut to food assistance in American history.

👉🏻 Electricity costs will go up.

👉🏻 Health care costs will go up.

👉🏻 Trillions will be added to the debt.

👉🏻 And Donald Trump and Republicans will celebrate it on the 4th of July.

Here in California, Congressman David Valadao voted for Trump’s “Beautiful Bill” despite the fact that 64% of the people he represents rely on Medicaid.

And in Speaker of the House Mike Johnson’s district, 40% of people rely on Medicaid.

It has passed. And the republicans are celebrating on the 4th of July.

What a betrayal.

As I left work this morning I turned and looked at the facility I am employed at. It is a rural hospital, and one which is targeted by the big beautiful bill. Already 42 have been let go in anticipation of these cuts but much more cuts will come. Working nights as the longest tenured nurse in my unit I am not concerned, however, if the entire hospital closes the point is moot.

Most of the employees in the hospital employ voted for trump.

It’s not like they weren’t warned.

Mystifying.
