Got the final word on the computer and it was bleak. The motherboard is swollen and looks like the computer has gone to its eternal resting place. Another diagnostic work up by a consultant is scheduled in the am and I will know the verdict or final diagnosis by noon.
This is my third computer in 2 1/2 years!
With each new machine I name it, thank it for its service, and handle it with kid gloves. How did I fail this motherboard? And will the insurance folks begin to wonder if I am a bad parent? Getting carried away here but,

In fact one church we left had over 20 kids with machine guns readied as we departed. There was an incident the week before. It sure didn’t make for a religious experience.

I like to get up early when visiting a place to see the area. Did this one morning and every 5th person who passed on the street was a young soldier with a gun. After buying cookies at a local bakery I high tailed it back to the hotel and there were no more early morning walks but the cookies were amazing.

Also as I walked I noted the Jews in totally black heavy clothing. They made no eye contact or spoke to anyone. Kind of like parts of Brooklyn. Was told by the guide they never interact as they feel superior.
The flowers of Israel were beautiful. Someone did something right.
Then on the next to last day our bus past a traffic circle with a flag pole in the middle. A young man was tied to it and a half dozen police had their guns pointed at him.

When we visited certain parts of Israel we often had to switch tour guides at checkpoints as the guide could only be in certain areas.
Never could figure out that one.

So what was my take away from this visit?
Think rather than buying guns we should try installing more air conditioners to cool down the place.
The residents should wear more lightweight clothing in pale colors.

On the latest Bachelor Show twenty-two women aged 61 to 73 are vying for a 72 year old bachelor. He hails from Indiana. Oh, Lord isn’t that where Mike Pence was governor? However, for a woman to get a man in her senior years it is challenging… They say the odds are about the same as getting hit by a Subaru in the Sahara Desert.
Now, I have never watched a bachelor television show, nor a Dancing With the Stars, Survivor, Big Brother, The Amazing Race, or the myriad of other must see reality tv, so doubtful I’ll catch this one. In fact, I wonder who does watch these crazed events?

Since revenue will be down possibly a reality show would save him? When I first heard of this show decades ago I wrote to several of the major networks with an idea of using old folks in this bachelor show. Received no response but understandable as to get any traction from Hollywood your parents need to be in “the biz,” or be a sports star.

In conclusion, the golden bachelor* is at 8 pm on Thursday on NBC. It started September 28th, but am sure they provide episode updates so you can catch up. Have been following the latest Taylor Swift romance, or whatever it is. I needed a break from politics.
While I know nothing of music or athletic pursuits, except swimming, and Essentrix*, I am intrigued. I believe her guy’s team is doing well with her support. He has benefited from the whatever as the Swifites have purchased his jersey. And while I wish the couple well, believe Taylor needs to take this slow, and put it all in perspective.
Motherly Advice: You are a wealthy gal, protect yourself.
