Bloomie, Oh Bloomie – how does your garden grow?

Picture from a Bronx Botanical Garden show I attended several years ago funded by Bloomberg.

I have a particular reverence for Mike Bloomberg. Volunteered for him on his short lived quest for the Presidency. Will never forget how cruel Elizabeth Warren was to him on the debate stage, but it’s politics, and we all know how squirrelly Liz can be. However, she drinks beer so she can’t be all bad.

Let’s hope it’s Bud Light. They need the revenue.

Oh, those American conservatives, wish they’d all die off, or better yet grab a beer with Liz, she’d tell ’em.

Mike Bloomberg has done much for the country, and world. I wonder if he has ever received a Noble Peace Prize as he surely should be given one. Must look up the criteria for that, and submit his name after emailing Joe today on my latest idea…

Maybe he declined the acknowledgement as does Dolly Parton with her generosity. Still waiting for her to agree to a statute in her home town. Girlfriend, go for it you deserve it.

I digress, why do I do that???

For the last several years I have been following Mike B. as he buys up coal plants throughout the country and world. He is in the last phase of this purchase with 70% of these emphysema creatures eliminated. Mike has pledged 500 million to remove the remaining 30%, and to prevent future natural gas plants from being constructed.

Go Mike!

Unsure what he’s doing with these albatrosses but knowing Mike he’ll probably create museums, schools, restaurants, think tanks, centers for the arts, or other habitats. He always finds a ROI* for the greater good. Most notably, in his recent give back, the Perleman Performing Arts Center at Ground Zero he donated $130 million. Asked on a CBS Sunday Morning interview why – he said he has his name on enough.

What an amazing philanthropist.

Wonder what he would have been as President?
