Kissed the βkidsβ goodbye as they headed north to catch the eclipse in the Central New York region. After that began my day heading for Times Square. Arrived early for my first event so took in several sites of the area.

From here it was off to the play which was,

Enjoyed the performance but only attended as wanted to see Corey Stoll, as I have adored his work in Billions, and House of Cards. The story line was about a dysfunctional family who are brought together after the demise of their last remaining parent. Was 2 1/2 hours long with reasonable tickets, but doubtful it will last long on Broadway, and my recommendation is to skip it.
Next to the car π show..

Really enjoyed this, and it can only be expressed visually. Following are some pics, and probably too many unless you are a car enthusiast. No longer do scantily clad sexy gals lay on the cars, so that was promising.

There was much emphasis on EVs and you know my lament with those creatures. And several recruiters were present at the show from NYS Corrections/State. Police, NYPD, as well as the Fire Department, and even the Marines. The numbers applying are dropping dramatically for these positions. We need immigrants to fill jobs..

From 35th and 11th Ave walked 2 miles to my next event, the 9pm performance of Titanique which was a recommendation of my son in law.

Since I have never seen Titanic, yes I am the only one in the world, I didnβt get much from this parody, however, the cast was stellar. It was a hilarious romp which caused most of the millennials and generation X present in the audience to howl with laughter. Have noted more and more of the 20 to 40 age range taking in theater, and believe this a good sign.
