You never know what you’ll find when you travel.🧳
Tonight after a long day fighting 🤺 with contractors who didn’t show, or do what they said they’d do, I was ready to pack in this event. Gratefully, I didn’t, as it was sublime. And though ideas of septic systems,cabin windows, and doors, as well as tree removal danced through my head I was able to enjoy this performance.

This was my initial visit to this festival. The drive was beautiful and pristine through the Catskill counties. Stopped for an ice cream at 🍦a local shop, and while I don’t like to spend $5 for a cone, bourbon carmel pecan called to me. The hell with my reflux.

Arrived at the festival campus with the walk to the theater spectacular featuring waterfalls and statues.
The theater
The Combrio Quartet performed with its members from the Ukraine, Pakistan, and Mexico 🇲🇽. The music was dazzling, and so glad I didn’t forgo this event.

Then at the end of the show there were refreshments.
