I know many would not be excited about this but I am one step closer to a winterized cabin.

The excavation found many enormous boulders.

As well as an assortment of stumps whose roots had attached themselves to the boulders. The stumps were at least 150 years old.

I was grateful dynamite 🧨 wasn’t required to unleash the boulders. The tank was able to find placement between a line of sedimentary rock.

Almost sad to see her go..

I now have a brand spanking new system!

Next step.. water storage, and then a garage.
