In another life I traveled New York State for the prison system for 13 years. I had statewide responsibility in charge of the inmate health records setting policy and procedure, conducting audits and the like.

At that time there were 81 prisons so I visited much of NYS. Now there are 44 prisons..how things change and gratefully they have.

Too many were locked up and still are.

During my tenure Hillary was running for NYS senate. Most women working in the correctional facilities are married to male correctional officers. As I visited during this time I discreetly asked who they were voting for. Not one said rudy who at that time was running 🏃 against her. And the next comment was, “Don’t tell my husband.”

She won in a landslide.

And left the senate with a 60% approval rating.

So don’t tell me about polls.
