Well man appeared out of nowhere, drilled the casing, and then went dark for 15 days. He responded finally when I texted him asking if he died.

At least no money has been exchanged.

Learned my lesson on that, and placed criminal charges against the guy who stole from me.

He was arrested Friday.

Am sure that was a memorable weekend for him, pardon the pun.
